All IMA West Chester and IMA West Chester University Student Chapter members are eligible to participate.
Initial commitment will be for 6 months and participants should plan on making contact at least once a month.
Mentors will serve as unbiased confidants and counselors with whom the Mentee may discuss career-related issues and other concerns.
Mentors will serve as a role model and resource person for the Mentee.
Mentees will use the program to help decide on career paths and to help identify future skills necessary for professional growth.
Mentees will develop short and long term goals at the onset of the mentor/mentee relationship.
After completing a mentoring program profile, the mentee will be able to choose three potential mentors from a list of available mentor profiles. The mentoring director will review the selections and make the best possible match.
